When will my basket arrive?
Within 36 hours of ordering, or on a future day you choose within the next four weeks. Pick a one-hour window at checkout. Deliveries happen between 4 and 8 p.m., Calgary time. Please pay promptly if you choose e-transfer.
Can I send a basket as a gift?
That’s our favourite kind of order. Enter your recipient’s address, add a gift message, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can order from anywhere.
What if nobody is home?
You can give us permission to leave the basket on the porch at checkout. Otherwise, we’ll contact you to arrange a handoff.
Can you accommodate allergies or changes?
Please email us before ordering so we can check the contents with you. We can’t promise an allergen-free basket. For an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
